GENERAL CONDITIONS
Price includes: light, gas, water, air conditioning / central heating, direct telephone, swimming pool with deck-chairs, private beach (2 deck-chairs per apartment)
All apartments have air conditioning, telephone and television. The following payment options are available:
- cot (baby bed) € 25,00
- garage for car € 60,00 (reservation is suggested)
- car parking € 30,00 (limited spaces)
The above mentioned prices are per week from Saturday to Saturday and include VAT.
Notes: Children, even if babies, are included in the maximum number of the allowed persons.
Upon the arrival a deposit of € 100,00 will be required.
Apartments must be left tidy and clean. If not, the customer will be charged a part of the deposit.
Pets are not allowed
Departure before 09.00 a.m. - arrival from 02.00 p.m. to 07.00 p.m.
IMPORTANT:
The reservation is confirmed with the receipt of a deposit. If you delete the reservation you would use the deposit for a following stay, within one year. If you delete the reservation with less of 10 days notice before the date of arrival the deposit will be pull and cannot be used.
